Watertag allows to freely assign the points of synchronism between the upper and the lower profile.
It performs dynamic cuts to offset automatically and continuously the conicity of the the water jet.
The cutting of profiles with 3 or 4 synchronized axes is useful for cylindrical or conical machining, while the 5-axis cutting allows conical machining in which the profiles on the two interpolation levels (typically XY and UV) have different shapes.
It is possible to assign manually or automatically different values for slowing down, outgo, circular outgo, pause on corner, and define machining schemes and synchronization points. The lead-in points and stops on the profile are independent on the two levels of the interpolation.
Complex machining on multiple profiles can be interrupted and resumed automatically. This function is helpful avoiding to oversee the long steps of the machining, but to attend the most delicate phase of detachment of the pieces.
Watertag is part of Logotag (CAD) that allows users to quickly and easily generate the machining profiles without using 3rd parties CAD systems.
